Where did all my channels go

I rang NTL this morning to finally cancel the Movie channels that I was supposed to cancel straight away after Christmas. It is really ridiculous paying so much each month when I am only watching 2 or 3 movies each week so I decided it was about time. Only thing is, they have taken half my channels with them. I have rung twice so far to complain and they keep telling me that the channels will come back on within the hour...So if they are not back by tomorrow then I shall be ringing up again tomorrow with a complaint to the supervisor....It's alright for them, they didn't have to put up with stroppy kids who couldn't watch their fave programs this evening.
